Our story
From scattered calls to one connected system
ProcureMate is built by Setu Consulting Services, an Odoo-certified ERP consulting firm founded in 2020 in Rajkot, Gujarat. What began as a two-person Odoo practice grew, within two years, into a certified Odoo Ready Partner with a 12+ person certified development team.
We didn't guess at the problem. We built the system that would become ProcureMate first for Balaji Wafers, one of India's largest snack manufacturers — and it's been running their procurement in production ever since.
Three moments that shaped why ProcureMate exists.
The Gap
Existing tools were either too complex, built for the largest global enterprises, or too simple, built only for invoicing. Nothing fit how mid-size manufacturers actually buy.

Balaji Wafers Pvt. Ltd. — a leading Indian snack manufacturer with roots going back to 1974 and operations across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and beyond — was previously locked into a well-known ERP that restricted procurement operations with security limitations and high operational costs.
